Meet the Artist
I am Beth Miller. A mother, wife, artist and small business owner. As an Air Force Spouse we move quite a bit. When Creative Notions began in Okinawa in 2016 I was focused on teaching art classes and selling items at Craft Shows. Each location has seen Creative Notions evolve, fitting the needs of each location. While in New Jersey during Fall 2023 I began Face Painting for friends, school events, and even Squadron wide family functions. Face Painting quickly became the driving force of Creative Notions. It was the perfect fit. It was colorful, easy to travel with, and an absolute joy to bring to the community. Now here in Las Vegas I am proud to say the journey continues and I am excited to bring my art to you!​​​​​

Party Packages
Booking Deposit - $50
Deposit due up front to secure your desired datetime and duration. This deposit is applied to your final cost which must be paid before your scheduled event begins. The booking deposit is non-refundable should your event be canceled for any reason within 48 hours of event.

Festival Favorites

Includes a custom menu to fit your events theme and or popular designs are to be chosen at your consultation.
Your choice of Six 1-3 minute designs Perfect for high efficiency and high attendance events. On average this covers about 15-20+ faces per hour.​​
For best results it is strongly recommended for event hosts to provide a line manager.

Virtual, phone, and or in person consultations are your first step to setting your booking date. *In person consultations are available only within the North Las Vegas city limits.
I am here to help you chose the package and menu that best fits your group size and event style. Custom themes for all kinds of favorite themes: Mermaid, Unicorn, Super heroes, all kinds of themed Parties. Festival Favorites are typically speedy yet high impact designs made specially to be line busters. Often composed of mini menus or stencil designs that help keep indecision delay at bay. These selections are perfect for school festivals such as trunk or treat or youth sport pep rallies and medium to large holiday parties such as Fourth of July.
Party Favorites

Your choice of Themed menus and Popular Design menus are to be chosen at your consultation. Both are a selection of cheek designs, half face designs and full face designs taking 2-5 minutes per face ( about 12-15 faces /hour).
Artists rate for Events &
Individual Commissions $100/hour
Fund Raisers
Fundraisers with Creative Notions are fun and simple. Reserve your desired date time and duration with a $50 deposit. The event will be conducted as a Pay Per Face event with your choice of Themed or Popular Designs menu at no upfront cost to the event coordinator 50% of each face painted goes to the fund raiser. (The Artists tips are separate from the fundraising amount.) Additionally when the artists hourly rate is met for the booked duration the full amount received for remaining faces painted at the event go directly to the Fundraiser.

The booking deposit is included in the final donated amount unless a cancelation occurs within 48hours of the event scheduled in which case it is non-refundable.
